UPGRADE SHIPPING:
We recommend that customers in colder regions consider upgrading to FedEx 2-Day Air, which is available in our store at a very reasonable rate. This option helps ensure your orchids arrive as quickly as possible and reduces the risk of exposure to cold temperatures during transit.
The plants shown in the listing photos are the actual specimens available. For orchids shipped in spikes, please note that as blooms continue to develop, we take every precaution to protect both the plant and its flowers. However, we cannot guarantee that blooms will arrive in perfect condition.
At this time, we do not ship to international destinations or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

We mostly ship by UPS and USPS depends on location which takes from 2 - 5 days to arrive. If you need express shipping, you can choose the service at the check out page.

During the winter, we will check the weather in your area and hold the shipment until it is safe to ship out the order. Buying an extra heat pack is highly recommended for cold area.
