Most states require a 72- or 96-hour heat pack. If you upgrade to FedEx 2-Day shipping, selecting the 72-hour heat pack is recommended.

We may hold your order until conditions are safe to ship. However, since you know your local weather best, please notify us if special arrangements are needed.

We recommend that customers in colder regions consider upgrading to FedEx 2-Day Air, which is available in our store at a very reasonable rate. This option helps ensure your orchids arrive as quickly as possible and reduces the risk of exposure to cold temperatures during transit.
