Do you combine shipping?

Yes, we combine shipping and we always do our best to save the shipping cost for all the buyers. We have no issue combining shipping with all the non-blooming orchids. For orchids in bloom or in spike we often have to pack each plant in an individual box to make sure the flowers are not damaged during shipping. However, in some cases, we can pack several in bloom orchids in a large box. Please feel free to ask us before you place an order so we will advise and let you know.

Packing:

We do our best with the most professional packing; especially with the orchids in bloom. Almost 100% of our buyers are very happy with what they received. As flowers are continue developing so we will do our best to protect the plant and flowers when packing but we cannot offer any guarantee if some flowers or bud fall off when it arrive. There are very rare cases informing the buds blasts when receive, this might happen due to the shipping or changing the new environment . This is the natural part of the plant when adapting to the new environment. This does not mean the plant is going to die.

Shipment times:

Our company often ships out all of the orders from Monday-Wednesday (weather permit during winter) to make sure the plant arrives within the same week.  For the same or nearby states, we can ship out the order as soon as we can so you can receive your order as soon as possible or even just a day after your order. Please contact us if you need to ship express services.

Winter time shipping and issues:

During winter time, we strongly suggest you to order an extra heat pack to protect the plant during the transition time to make sure the plant is free from cold damage. We are not responsible for the damage if the shipment is delayed by the carrier. However, all the shipments are insured so you can file a claim directly with the carrier. Most carriers may require evidence of damages or packing materials for inspection. If the box/ plant came in damaged, please take some photos and keep all the box and packaging materials during you file a claim. Please feel free to ask us to assist to file a claim if needed.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations:

Sorry we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations if the order is already shipped out. But is okay to exchange/ cancel if the order is not yet shipped out but please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

Sales tax:

We only charge sales tax within the state of Texas. Other states out of Texas are tax free.
